  7. This is an unregistered evaluation copy of PC BLACKBOARD VGA Ver. 3.5.  
  8. The only requirements for this program are:
  9.      1) An IBM "XT/AT" compatible PC
  10.      2) A VGA card or higher
  11.      3) A pointing device (mouse or graphics tablet) is necessary for free 
  12.         hand draw, and the drawing of shapes.
  13.      4) A modem
  14.               
  15.      Optionally: a fax/data modem for the utilization of fax capabilities.

  17.         PC BLACKBOARD VGA can only grow through use, so this program may be 
  18. distributed, in its entirity, to anyone who has interest.  If you find the 
  19. program useful, please register it through Serial Solutions at a cost of
  20. $30.00 (US Dollars).

  22.         Registering this program will provide you:
  23.          - Fax support, which includes the ability to send, receive,
  24.            display, and annotate faxes.
  25.          - Free technical support via phone, mail and/or Compuserve.
  26.          - A printed manual.
  27.          - A registered copy of the program (please specify disk
  28.            type).  If disk type not specified, the program will be 
  29.            sent on 3.5" 720K disks.
  30.          - You will receive all future upgrades at minimal cost.
  31.            (This will include shipping and handling, and cost of the disk 
  32.            and any manual updates.)
  33.          - You will be able to obtain other Serial Solution software
  34.            packages at discount prices.

  36.         PC BLACKBOARD VGA can only improve through your feedback. Whether you 
  37. register the program or not, we would like to hear from you.

  39.         PC BLACKBOARD VGA is the most basic computer conferencing program 
  40. which Serial Solutions, Inc. provides. We have others which offer better 
  41. resolution, more colors, icon based graphical interfaces, and the ability 
  42. to display video images.
